Legal & Ethical Repsonsibilities for Supervisors (Fredonia) - 3246
This 2-day course will cover many legal and ethical responsibilities of supervisors:
• Employment laws and workplace compliance basics.
• Documentation, fairness, and consistent discipline.
• Recognizing and preventing harassment and discrimination.
Class will meet on Tuesdays, June 9 and 16, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training (Jamestown) - 3250
During this three-day program participants will be introduced to Lean Six Sigma and the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Participants will work in teams on specific process improving problems and how to present their improvement strategies for consideration by management.
