Conditions of Use

AUTHORIZATION: Nelnet Business Solutions, Inc., doing business as Nelnet Campus Commerce, has contracted with SUNY Jamestown Community College to act as its agent for select online stores. I am an authorized signer on the account provided. I hereby authorize Nelnet Campus Commerce to initiate a debit or charge entry to the account provided. I acknowledge that the origination of payment(s) to my account must comply with provisions of U.S. Law.

NOTE: When your order contains shippable items, your payment may be processed immediately if the items will ship within approximately 24 hours. If your order will not be shipped within 24 hours, your payment will not be processed until the order has been shipped. In the event your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately. If so, your entire transaction amount will be processed at the time your first shipment is sent.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY: Data collected and stored by Nelnet Campus Commerce is governed by the Institution's privacy policy. This data will not be used by Nelnet Campus Commerce in any manner not approved by the Institution unless required by law (for example, a court order or subpoena). Access to the data shall be restricted to authorize Nelnet Campus Commerce associates and shall be used only for the purposes of providing service to you or the Institution. Nelnet Campus Commerce maintains physical, procedural, and electronic safeguards to protect data from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Workforce & Community Class/Program Cancellation
Cancellation Refunds
JCC refunds 100% up to three (3) business days prior to the start of the class or before the advertised deadline. If 
notification is not made within the 3 business days, we do not issue refunds. Alternate student substitutions are 
accepted any time. Transfer to a different class may be allowed depending on enrollment. If a student drops a class 
prior to completion of 20% of the class they liable for 20% of the tuition and 100% of the material fees. If a student
withdraws from a class after 20% of the class has been completed they are liable for 100% of tuition and fees. 
Contact Workforce Development at 716-338-1005 for any changes or cancellations. We make every effort to issue 
credit to the card that was used for initial payment. If the time has passed to credit the card, JCC will refund by 
issuing a check.
If JCC cancels a program due to low enrollment, full refund is made to the registrant or company.

If it should become necessary to cancel classes or close the college because of inclement weather, we will make 
every effort to email and/or call participants. However, because this happens at such short notice, we request that
